Vango has been a long-time partner with Houzz, an online community for interior design and architecture. Many of our artists perform well on Houzz with numerous sales and few returns. That being said, Houzz has a 30 day return policy during which the buyer may choose to return an order for any reason.

 

In the case of a U.S. return, a customer support rep will contact the artist and inform them of the return. We will then provide a tracking number. Once the artwork is received, the artist must verify that the piece has been returned in the same condition as it was originally sent out. After we have received this confirmation, the buyer will be compensated. Please note that Houzz has a time-limit of 7 days to confirm returns. If your return was damaged, please notify support immediately at support@vangoart.co

 

In the case of an international return, a customer support rep will contact the artist and inform them of the return. As Houzz does not offer an option to charge buyers for international return shipping, Vango will make arrangements to have the work return shipped to our headquarters in San Francisco. Vango will hold the work at HQ until it is sold to another buyer, at which point Vango will safely and securely ship the work to its new home.
