All artworks sold on Vango are dispatched directly from the artist or gallery, so delivery times will vary from piece to piece.
You will receive a dispatch email and push notification (if you have iOS app) with updates. This email will contain details of the dispatch date and ETA All artists are encouraged to use a tracked method of shipment and should provide tracking information in the email.
You can also track the status of all orders from your profile on the iOS app. Click on the profile tab, then choose the order icon on top right to see the status.
